It's official! Our 58th Annual World Championship Chili Cook-off will take place in Indianapolis, Indiana, at the Blue Ribbon Pavilion located within the Indiana State Fairgrounds & Event Center.

Joining forces with the 13th Annual World Food Championships, this year’s event will feature live demonstrations, chili tastings, and fierce cook-off action—all in the heart of the Midwest.
